KISV Check valve

Product Features:

• Used for parallel arrangement of multiple suction cups to prevent vacuum dissipation in case of insufficient contact with one or more suction cups.
• Grasps randomly placed products.
• Saves compressed air and energy by only allowing suction when there is 100% contact.
• Can be flipped 180°.
• Maintains vacuum.

Performance Overview:

• KISV valve is installed between the vacuum generator and the suction cups.
• If during the vacuum generation process, a suction cup fails to attach or only partially attaches, the KISV automatically stops the air intake.
• When the suction cup securely adheres to the surface, vacuum generation resumes.
• When the suction cup releases the object, the KISV immediately closes.
